Delivery Information
Gifting Made Easy Delivery Cost and timing
Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 working days, for a price of €7.99, based on quantity and weight. This price may vary if your order exceeds our expected units. Our team hold the right to contact you at anytime in relation to delivery issues and will attempt to do so during working hours (9am - 5pm Monday/Sunday). If issues are maintained in relation to delivery pricing our team extend their rights to delay and or cancel the requested delivery.
Dublin delivery
Our standard orders are delivered within 1-3 working days however, orders in the Dublin area are available for delivery seven days a week, Monday to Sunday between 9am and 5pm. Depending on your location and availability, your order may be delivered by our own local delivery drivers in addition to our own delivery fleet of drivers. During peak season and in rare exceptions your delivery may be delivered either earlier or later than 9am and 5pm. In these cases our drivers will do their upmost to not alert the recipient and leave the delivery in a "safe place" this is of our own drivers discretion.
Nationwide delivery
Orders outside Dublin are fulfilled by our courier partner. Our courier partner do not offer a nationwide delivery service on Sundays. As a result any orders placed in the 1-3 days prior will not arrive on Sunday and instead will be delivered on the next working day. This may vary during peak season and throughout Bank-holidays and therefor availability should be checked during these times.
Peak periods
Whilst every effort is made to ensure a timed delivery during peak seasons this may vary. In certain circumstances our orders may arrive a day late or a day earlier than our expected 1-3 day delivery window. Our team must be informed that certain orders require a specific delivery date or a time. Our team will do their upmost to try fulfil these orders to the best of their ability.
Eircode required
A valid Eircode is required when entering a delivery address. Without this a delivery can not be provided within our 1-3 day delivery window. Our team do not hold any responsibility for orders that are delayed due to issues related to the original Eircode provided.
Changing your delivery address
Our team will do their best to update your delivery address if the request is made within 24 hours of your order being placed. Due of our swift fulfilment times, we can't guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been placed. In exceptional circumstances where an update isn't possible on our end, our team will work directly with the delivery courier to try to update the address on your behalf
Tracking your order
When your order is being fulfilled by our own deliver team you will receive a live tracking number on the day of delivery. This will appear as "Circuit/Spoke" in email and sms communications which is a software we use for tracking local deliveries within Dublin.
When your delivery address is outside Dublin, you'll receive a "DPD Ireland" tracking number by email, which will also appear on your order status page. You will receive this number once we've started processing your order.
What happens if my order can't be delivered?
In rare instances, delivery may fail. In this case our team or delivery partner will hold your gift in our/their head office or delivery depot. Our team will contact you for additional information. This email must be answered during standard working hours so our team can rearrange a re-delivery. In certain circumstances a new delivery fee may apply. In this case you will be informed via email/sms by a member of our team.
When delivery fails for reasons out of our customers and teams control such as unsafe weather conditions or other safety concerns, our team will contact you and do our best to have your gift delivered as soon as possible.

Personalisation and delivery
